Description

The SFF-8643 is a 36-pin high-density Mini SAS connector with a plastic body interface typically used for internal connections, primarily used to implement HD SAS internal interconnect solutions. Typical applications are internal SAS links between SAS HBAs and SAS drive subsystems.The SFF-8643 is compliant with the SAS 3.0 specification and supports 12Gbps data transfer protocol.
SFF-8087 is a 36-pin MINI SAS connector with plastic locking interface compatible with internal links. It is mainly used on Mini SAS 4i array cards as an internal SAS connector cable, and is designed for realizing Mini SAS internal interconnect solutions. Typical applications are SAS links between SAS HBAs and SAS drive subsystems. Widely used in data communication field, such as servers, rackmount servers, workstations, RAID standalone redundant disk arrays and so on.
