Description

The SFF-8643 is a 36-pin high-density Mini SAS connector with a plastic body interface typically used for internal connections, primarily used to implement HD SAS internal interconnect solutions. Typical applications are internal SAS links between SAS HBAs and SAS drive subsystems.The SFF-8643 is compliant with the SAS 3.0 specification and supports 12Gbps data transfer protocol.
The SFF-8482 is a 29-pin SAS connector with a plastic body interface configured with 15 pins to support drive power requirements. It is mainly used on SAS 4i arrays as an internal SAS connector cable to support 12Gbps transfer rate. Ideal for devices such as servers, storage devices, hard disks, hard disk carriers and SSDs. 

New SFF8643 to 4*8482 SAS Cable (36p to 22P/29P) This cable is a high-speed data cable dedicated to the LSI array card. it can be connected to sas hard disks or sata hard disks. The 4P power supply cable is about 16cm long.

The SFF-8643 interface is mainly used to connect SATA disks on the MINI SAS 4i array card, and the conversion cable supports data transmission in four channels of 3Gbps*4Lane, with a transmission rate of 12Gbps.
